

Again and again, he would claim to be unaware of what his project managers were doing or not doing, until he then stepped in to manage the project himself. The trend continued for a very long time until we became extremely frustrated with Banks, which he claimed to be unaware of. Workers would randomly show up at our property without notice, do a small amount of work for an hour and then leave. Over the course of time we were handed off to various project managers and at times didn't even know who was managing our project. Don’t EVER give a contractor 50% deposit up front!!!He promised a 3 month turn around on both of our projects that we contracted with him.

We signed with Banks in April 2020 and gave him the requested 50% deposit (should have been a red flag right there!). Additionally, they have not completed the work on the garage that they built and are refusing to repair and reimburse us for damage that they caused to our brand new floors and appliances. They are now giving us the run around about removing the concrete/rebar foundation that they left behind and tried to cover up with dirt.

His company then constructed a faulty extension on our beautiful 1901 home, and let it rot in the rain for 6 months before tearing it down.
